It has an empty weight of 50 tons and carries 250 passengers (20 tons) on the upper deck plus 2 containers of 5 tons each on the Cargo deck and 15 tons Generator fuel supply Liquid H₂ in two all-round cylinders (11,000 ℓ each) with an extra 5 tons for a maximum Take-off weight of 100 tons;

The AMPHIBIAN LIQUID CARGO TANKER CARRIER UFD 40 M (131 FT) in diameter, is a version equipped with two Skid Keels fitted with Hydro Foils and having a 110 tons water displacement. The aircraft can carry 30 tons of Fresh water as a Supply tanker.

COMMERCIAL POTENTIAL FOR AN ‘AUTOMATED FLYING DISK’ AIRCRAFT – AFDA 40M (125’40

        The ‘Automated Flying Disk’ Pressurized Aircraft model 38M (125’) is powered by electrically propelled compressed air systems, can carry up to 200 passengers (15 t) on its upper passenger deck and two containers of 20’x8’x8’ on the lower cargo deck with 10 tons of cargo each, on inter-city and regional airbus flights;

Double its size and the AFD model 76M (250’) will carry easily 500 passengers (37.5 t) and more than 100 tons of container cargo on long range International flights;

        The Full Cargo AFD 38M or AFD 76M Transportation Units, can carry weights according to their total power lifting capacities.

A scientific research and observation unit, used as a stationary platform at any given altitude, with landing capability anywhere in the most wild and remote areas. A water smothering system is fitted where the landing occurs in a sandy area;

The ability to land in any location makes this amphibian aircraft, an exceptional Search and Rescue Unit, either on land or at sea;
